I choose foods that improve sleep quality, with the highest nutrient density, reduce inflammation, reduce / get rid of allergy symptoms and digestive issues, decrease / eliminate female hormonal issues.
I find out what your current eating habits are, so that we start out with something as similar as possible to what you're doing at the moment, so that it is easier to follow.
I also ask you if there are any foods you don't like/like so you can follow a meal plan that you love and will be more likely to maintain in the long term.
You eat until you feel satisfied, which means you won't be hungry and irritated, you won't mess up your hormones, and is something you can maintain for life!
