Angel Hands Intuative Massage, Carol is a qualified massage and Reiki practitioner, with more than twenty years’ experience.

I offer a deeply relaxing massage treatment based on Western and Eastern massage techniques incorporating energy work with the physical relief of realeasing muscular tension. The benefits of massage are well-documented - improved sleep, the easing of soft-tissue pain, soothing anxiety and depression and boosting the immune system. Research has shown the importance of self-care in the prevention of disease. We need to be reminded that a massage is no longer only a Spa treat - but an integral part of supporting our health and well-being along with enough sleep, outdoor exercise and nutritious food.

I also offer Reiki treatments. Reiki is a hands-on healing technique that combines the utilization of the life force present in all living things - Ki (also called Chi or Prana) - with the warmth and reassurance of human touch.
